I was hugely disappointed at the work that was carried out at my house
to replace my bare boards with a new oak floor. I had chosen a friendly
builder. However William Beard Flooring saved the day and re-sanded my
new floor, exactly to the finish I had wanted in the first place. I have
learnt my lesson that if I want a specialist job done in my house to
ask a specialist in that field to do it.
From start to finish William Beard Flooring were professional, efficient,
friendly and polite. I asked for quotes from three floor companies to
come and resand my floor but chose William Beard because I immediately

They were able to show me samples of how my floor could look with the
different finishes and that's exactly how it is now.

Our new flat was tenanted and became available only days before they were
to start, but William Beard Flooring were able to quote accurately for
re-flooring throughout on the basis of only an agent's plan and a few
photographs.
As I do not live in England, virtually the entire process was arranged
with Joe by email.
He made practical suggestions and offered options to lower the cost,
with clear explanations and sample photographs from other projects.
The thoughtful attention to detail was particularly useful in dealing
with this project from a distance.
The installation was delivered on time and we are delighted with the
quality of the end product. Throughout the process I found their

was done, this turned out to be

a week to lay the floor and
there was a large expanse, the
